We were met by a nonchalant, rude man with no sense of hospitality and overall unprofessional attitude. The place seemed not well taken care of, there were dead plants and visible trash. The room felt dirty and made us ill at ease. We didn’t even want to stay one night and took the cost of cancelling our stay immediately and booked a new hotel. They later called me on WhatsApp and wrote to me and asked why we had cancelled, after I replied why they didn’t respond. Unless they change their way of running this place I advise others not to go there.

I would love to give a more in-depth review of my experience staying here but I can not as when we arrived they did not honour our reservation. Even though it was paid upfront. An extremely rude man told me that it was an error with the site and to quote “not my problem”. Not even an apology. I understand that mistakes happen, but if you don’t have courtesy to care about other people, especially when your business is people visiting then I would suggest to avoid as they are not at a level of professionalism or maturity to deal with any problems that may occur.

The place is located very well. It's 6 minutes walking to the train station that takes you to the island and the rooms are clean. BUT... The person who greeted us was not kind at all, he was like doing us a favor and we didn't feel welcome. They donde give you a map or any recommendations on were to eat and how to get to the main parts of Venice. THEY DON'T HAVE WIFI!! THEY CHARGE 20-30 EUROS IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 7PM. Also they didn't leave our baggage at the reception after the check out.
