Belle Epoque

So much to say... Let's talk about the welcome, which is the only thing that gives this hotel my star... The man who managed the welcome was adorable, he gave us plenty of good advice about the surroundings, nice restaurants, etc... nothing wrong with that side. The entrance to the hotel is welcoming and makes you want... it will be the only thing that will make you illusion... Upon arrival, elevator broke down (it will be supposedly repaired in the evening... but this was not the case on the 4 days we stayed there...) The room... Let's start with the bed... hard, with old blankets... I've rarely slept so badly... The floor made of a very old carpet all stained... this is the first time I dare not walk barefoot in a room... A loud air conditioner that threatened to fall from the ceiling... Holes in the walls... But the ultimate is the bathroom... the only room you know how to go to the bathroom, wash your hands in the sink and have your feet in the shower at the same time... all with mold on the ceiling... The shower of 60 cm by 60 cm (choose your position well before entering because once inside the movements are more than limited...). With shower walls where a piece was missing, it was always open... (note that it remains convenient for us men, because given the size of the shower, this permanent opening was the only way to get in with a morning erection 😉)... A commonplace breakfast but not too bad, it deserves a little more diversity... In short, we are very far from a so-called 3 stars, for me this kind of establishment should be more qualified as a hostel... The only interest is ultimately the location...

We stayed at this hotel and loved it since the reception. The staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms were spotless and super warm, perfect for relaxing. The location is great, just two minutes from the station, convenient to move. Also, they were very kind in allowing us to leave our luggage the next morning and pick it up before departure. Hearty and varied breakfast, perfect to start the day in the best way. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel 50 meters from the station. Cozy, clean, helpful with exceptional staff. Hearty breakfast and wide availability for movement and information. I recommend it. P.S. our little dogs have accepted too.
