Finding it was easy with Maps. No staff on site. It was announced as Bed&breakfast on Booking.com, but no breakfast. The room was nice, coffee and spumante included. If you have problems with walking, stay off; steep stairs and no elevator.

Unforgettable stay in a typical hotel in Venice The decoration, the location, but especially the valuable advice from the hosts who welcome you A special mention to Barnaba, who made us discover and appreciate his city through small restaurants, neighborhoods, and excursions that will remain etched in our memories Looking forward to returning for the carnival See you soon, Christine and Stephan

Room elegant, lovely, quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, right in the center.
