If you’re looking for great value accommodation near St.Marks & the Vaporetto/Alilaguna well this is it. This 3 night trip we booked a canal view suite which was lovely for the extra space. Although the canal view is tiny. Couldn’t fault our stay this time. We just love the location, ease of access for the water bus (Vaporetto/Alilaguna), price, quietness & being able to open the front door & our suite door via our mobile phone. Perfecto!

This hotel was fantastic. We got the 2 bedroom family suite. It was so nice to have 2 bathrooms, my kids each had their own bed, and the rooftop terrace was a delightful place to start my day with a coffee. The AC was strong and worked great in the heat wave. Wifi worked well. Fridge was cold. Coffee maker and biscuits provided. Only downside was no restaurant (which I knew in advance) and we had trouble finding a breakfast restaurant which had more than pastries. (I know that in Italy they often eat differently for breakfast than the US, but was surprised it was that hard to find someplace with a non pastry breakfast.) would not hesitate to stay here again. Excellent location close to main sites but also quiet.

Great location and wonderful staff. Comfortable beds. A lot of stairs, but they do have an elevator. Small lobby on our floor where we did hang out. If there was a kitchen no one told us. We had to leave the hotel and go fight the crowds for breakfast each day. Main complaint was the bathroom. Step in tub was EXTREMELY slippery. Half wall partition made showering difficult unless you wanted to spray the bathroom. No vanity in ours for toiletries. There was hair in our tub and floor was dusty under the sink. If I were to visit Venice again I would try a different hotel.
