absolutely top, the staff is super welcoming and speaks French the little things more toothbrush/toothpaste style etc are free, the rooms are very good for a great price! (about 50€ per night) in addition there is a bus stop right at the foot of the hotel for Venice (bus that passes every 10 min without fault, about 1.50€ but pay no there are ever controllers) there is also a convenience store at the foot of the hotel as well as a nearby café and some shops end short, really cool:)

Great location. The bus to Venice stops at the door of the hotel to go back and forth to Venice Island. The attention of the impeccable staff .She is noted for her dedication to inform and guide us with very good advice. Comfortable rooms. Perhaps a little maintenance would be missing but it is certainly an accommodation offer to keep in mind

It was terrible, the worst hotel I've ever met, I don't know who gave them four stars, it was like being in a hostel, I think the hostel is better, I don't recommend the staff is not pleasant, asked to change rooms, they offered me even worse, so thrash!
