Hotel located in the city center. Reception staff present 24/7 and always available, breakfast was decent. The cleanliness of the rooms should be taken care of a bit more (I am referring to the changing of sheets and blankets) which in our case was not top-notch; however, the experience was positive. I think I will return. One thing that is annoying is having to indicate the day before at what time you are going to have breakfast; perhaps because the room is very cramped, the tables are small and there is not much space; but for those on vacation, which is not our case, ample freedom to move and manage oneself should be given.

Hotel in a strategic position and close to the main points of interest. Clean and quiet property. Kind and helpful staff. Assorted and abundant breakfast, continuously replenished. Highly recommended.

What a great wee hotel right in the midst of it all. 5 mins from Rialto pier/bridge if you arrive on airport water bus and 5 mins to St Marco Square. Hotel was neat and tidy, we had a triple room, double and single, nice modern bathroom and air conditioning which is a must as it was super hot! Breakfast was nice. Plenty to choose from, tea/coffee machines, meat and cheeses, boiled and scrambled eggs, various breads to toast. Lots of tasty pastries. Self service and you book a time the night before. Room was cleaned daily and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay. Thank you
