The Biasutti terrace is wonderful. It is wonderfully quiet there, yet you can quickly walk to the vaporetto or to one of the many restaurants and bars. Spacious rooms, only the shower was a little cramped, but otherwise everything was perfect. I would go there again and again!

We arrived early , no problem we able to check in early !! Perfect for us . We dropped our bags off and head straight out . 5 minute walk to the vapporetto . 10 minutes over to the Gardini. The room was lovely . Perfectly clean . Plenty of storage and space. We even had a little balcony . Staff were all super friendly and helpful . Breakfast was great - lots of choice !! I loved the cakes !! The ladies set up a table outside on the terrace - no problem for them . Close to the Beach !! Easy safe walk to lots of restraunts and bars . Always someone in reception. We got a late flight home - no problem to store our bags . So easy to pop back before the Alilaguna back to the airport . We will definitely stay here in 2 years time when we come back from the 2028 biennale .

This was the second time I stayed at this excellent hotel and I hope to return soon,it is located in a very quiet area but very close to many great restaurants,bars and shops and only a 15 minute walk to the vaporetto stop and the very long beach,the whole area and island is very safe,my room was very comfortable,spacious and clean with a great shower and the continental buffet breakfast is very good with plenty of choice,all the staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a 24 hour reception,highly recommended.
