Very unfriendly, they only assist you minimally at Reception. The two men who were there, and if you have a problem, they do not provide solutions, very rude, especially one with glasses and bangs. I booked a room with a balcony, like the photos that showed a table, paid an extra fee, and it was a balcony that couldn't even fit my foot. Breakfast was terrible, although it is true that the waitresses were very attentive.

Nice hotel, well located in a quiet area 2 steps from the main canal to take the vaporetto. Nice and available staff. Small but decent room and very clean, with 2 large windows and for some a window in the bathroom, good bedding. Hearty and varied breakfast. An address to remember.

Gem for anyone who wants to avoid the typical Venetian struggle of dragging heavy luggage over endless bridges. Just a 5-minute walk from both the Train Station, the location was perfect. It’s tucked away in a quiet little side street, so you get a great night's sleep, but you can still walk to the main sights or catch a water bus easily. The rooms have a lovely, old-school Venetian feel, and the staff were welcoming.
