We stayed at this hotel in October for 3 nights, it was in the 40s at night, and there was no heat. It was very cold and damp. When we asked the front desk, they said they had not switched the heat on yet. It was quite cold in the room, and they provided us with a space heater which did improve the situation, but there was no fire escape or sprinklers in the hotel, so it felt very unsafe. The bathroom was quite small and the shower tiny. I am petite, but I dropped the soap but could not get it without getting out of the shower. The breakfast was ok. The positives were the location and the front desk staff. I did not catch the man's name, but he was blond and very friendly and helpful. He gave us great directions for getting back to the train station by ferry.

Small hotel well located, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast very correct and varied. Room a little small and hardly soundproof, but overall stay rather pleasant. Intimate and family hotel ...and French speaking staff
