Hotel Marte e Biasin

Location of this hotel is great. Only 15 minutes walk from main bus station, with loads of bars, restaurants and shops nearby and a water bus stop the other side of the canal over the bridge. Room was clean and air-conditioned (the room did have windows behind wooden shutters). USB plugs by the table (although only plug socket I could see on the bedside was being used by a lamp). There was a smart TV in the room (although you don't go to Venice to watch TV in your room but seemed to have YouTube and other apps if you wanted them) Storage space was fine - although the wardrobe did seem to only have one door which didn't move. Decent size fridge in the room with a free bottle of water provided. Clean bathroom with shower and bidet (although the hairdryer wasn't the most powerful one I've seen) For Venice, I'd say the price of the room is about average (rooms on the island aren't that cheap in general). Staff were all great - I arrived on the first day well after lam due to a late flight but communication was excellent so someone could let me in. Breakfast was continental but tasty and a good start to the day. Would happily stay here again in Venice

Lovely hotel with perfect location for our needs. Rooms clean, equipped and with a really nice view. Great breakfast, Elmi (responsible for reception) made us feel at home since arrival... Thanks and see you soon definitely

We confirm last year's largely positive assessment. What's different is that this time the only free room was the most luxurious! Dreamy!
