What can I say!! First of all, the room was poorly insulated. Very noisy with the bars below and across the street. No heating in the rooms in May, plus it was cold and raining for a week; it must have been 15 degrees in the room. I asked if we could turn on the heating in the room, and I was told that at this time Venice turns off the heating, even though there was heating at the hotel reception and in their restaurant!! Additionally, in the room, the hairdryer did not work, the cleaning was very poorly done, the towel warmer had peeling paint and rust, the sealing strip of the shower wall was coming off (see photos), and the suite will be addressed in a future review! A 3-star hotel that certainly does not deserve 3 stars!!!

I had already been in this hotel about ten years ago and it had advantages that I did not find on this last trip. Breakfast is less varied and service is improved. The bed was not made in the morning, because the bedspread was only pulled over the pillows. The advantage is the location because it is right in front of the vaporetto terminal. Medium clean.

I give three stars like the hotel. We took advantage of the offer without free cancellation for the period March-April and the price was objectively competitive. Great for the location, right in front of the lido actv stop and friendly and helpful staff. Honest and modest breakfast but there was a bit of everything, with more choice of savory than sweet confirming a setting of the structure aimed at welcoming foreign tourists. I don't give more for the cleanliness of the room. Furniture, blankets and bathroom old, dirty and not well cleaned. Upon arrival and each return, then after a period with the windows closed, the accumulated smell confirmed the degree of cleanliness of the room. Even a small plastic bottle was not thrown away, left behind the door by the previous occupants, testifying that nothing was passed behind that door.
