Hotel San Giorgio

What can I say, simply great.. we are here for the 6th time now and it was excellent again. A tiny little drawback is the pool, which many families with children used this time, but that will change soon with the construction of another pool. All staff are always friendly and accommodating, and the cuisine is a highlight for us .. we will be back .

Everything here is just right! The vacation begins at check-in: the staff was very friendly, explained everything, and we were met by an employee at the Garden Suites who directed us to the parking space. More shade would be beneficial for the parking spaces. The Garden Suite was a dream: large, cozy, plenty of storage space, seating, a large bathroom, coffee machine, terrace with hot tub, lounge chairs, and also seating. I would like to specifically mention the very comfortable beds! You can reach the hotel's own beach via the lawn; the umbrellas and lounge chairs (including extra-wide ones) are free of charge, and every umbrella has a safe. The changing rooms and restroom facilities are very clean and in impeccable condition. The breakfast selection leaves almost nothing to be desired. The coffee machines were overwhelmed a few times, and the cook at the egg station also had his hands full. The bicycles available for rent are also free of charge, and you can reach the old town in about 10 minutes with the bikes by ferry. We felt very comfortable and will certainly be back!

We had a truly very pleasant stay. The hotel is excellent: everything is extremely clean, the staff is always kind, friendly and helpful, and the general atmosphere is welcoming. The rooms are well-kept and the entire property conveys a sense of quality. The only aspect that, in our opinion, is not up to the rest of the hotel is the half board. Both the quality of the food and the atmosphere of the dining room are more reminiscent of a three-star hotel than the overall level of the property. It is a shame, because the rest of the experience is truly excellent. With an improvement in the gastronomic offering and the restaurant environment, the hotel would be practically perfect.
