Very good location. Small, but good spot. Rooms were not top small, high ceilings. It was a clean hotel. Value was good, but I paid less than average as it was a last minute deal. I booked it through hotels.com and unfortunately they did not inform me that the city tax had to be paid in cash! And I had no cash at all!!! It was not professional. After some discussions at the hotel, they let me pay by credit card.

Worst hotel ever! Promised air conditioning, switched 2 rooms to not having any air conditioning with 2 kids in the room. Went to the “managers” who only sent us a translator who did not budge on a refund. Our daughter almost fainted from the heat today and they “promise” there’s air conditioning, and there is zero or that. Untrustworthy and money hungry. Do not squander your money here and find something better. So many beautiful hotels and air B&bs in the areas for the same price. I am calling my bank as we speak and getting a refund. Thanks for nothing, you suck!

We chose this establishment for its location, just a stone's throw from Piazza San Marco. The staff is always very kind and completely available for any request. The room is clean, and the towels are changed every day. The breakfast is sufficient; I would have appreciated a bit more variety. The establishment is a few years old, and it shows in the not-perfect care of some details inside the room and also in the breakfast area. It is a 3-star hotel, and one does not expect high design, but considering the not-so-economical price, I would have expected more attention in this regard. For the rest, nothing to say; you can reach all the points of interest on foot, and there are many restaurants and venues below the hotel that do not disturb your sleep. The room is sufficiently large, and the smile and kindness of the staff made me feel at home during my 5-day stay.
