Don't look at the photos, the reality we found was very different. Very small room, no closet, just a rod to hang clothes behind the door. You couldn't keep your suitcase open, there wasn't even the classic hotel luggage rack. I was on vacation with my son (10 years old) and I often find that we are given a small room. It's a shame that he paid the full adult price. Nothing to say about the cleanliness. Breakfast was adequate - in a very small room - but not exciting. For savory: no scrambled eggs, no bacon... just hard-boiled eggs and cold cuts in bags (opened in front of the guests...). For sweet: a bundt cake and a tart, croissants. Regarding the pastries: they were placed on a kind of shelf under the counter, given how small the counter was. Good location, a 5-minute walk from the station. Fair price for the city of Venice, but generally high for what is offered.

Poor quality hotel. Dirty bathrooms shared with other rooms. Very dilapidated. Not recommended.

The proximity to the main train station was very important to me. It was about 3 minutes from the train station. The location was good, as was the room, and the staff was good. Only in front of my door was something defective, causing water to drip the whole time, and containers were placed underneath to catch it, so I had to deal with it like a social experiment all night.
