Very pleasant hotel, calm and yet close to St. Mark's Square. Very kind staff. Excellent bedding. Room newly renovated, quiet air conditioning. Minor downside: cramped bathroom and no breakfast room. In nice weather, on the terrace, but if it rains, in the room with little space for two. Average breakfast but the presence of fruit is appreciated while traveling. Good impression overall. Hotel to recommend.

Hidden gem. Perfectly located in the heart of Venice but tucked away in a quiet courtyard. The rooms were clean & nicely decorated and the beds were very comfy. Particular shout out to Anthony who was beyond friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

Hidden gem. What a wonderful traditional cosy and quaint hotel. As a couple we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and as a family we took our son and his partner who had recently reached their 30th birthdays. We stayed in the adjacent hotel in lovely rooms , it had a rooftop terrace, a small snug/ library , the hotel gave us two bottles of Prosecco which we sipped at sunset overlooking Venice rooftops, , breakfasts were fantastic, fresh pastries , coffee, cheese, pate, hams, yoghurts, cereal, orange juice, toast etc conveniently near a Vaporetto stop , staff so lovely, would definitely stay again and recommend. I’d never stay anywhere else now. Just fantastic. Thank you Locanda Fiorita.
