Great room, great staff, great location with great views. Comfortable room and bed. Super clean and well appointed bathroom.

What a amazing hotel in the centre of everywhere you need to go. Our room was amazing overlooking the canal staff are amazing nothing to much trouble can't fault it and will go back to room 105 thank you all so much from the bottom of our hearts amazing xxxxx

Excellent location we were able to walk everywhere and saw so many of the sites. The staff were absolutely impeccable so helpful with where to go to get the vaporetto the water buses where to go to see the sites where to go to eat. Tomasso was very helpful with restaurant ideas and Terry Lynn was just wonderful. My Daughter wanted breakfast but didn’t want to wake up to have it so she very kindly did us a try to take up to her and nothing was too much trouble. We had the most fabulous stay. The room itself was period style and we had a family room. the beds were comfortable. My Daughter‘s bed was a huge chaise long and she loved her bed. It was just wonderful. Can’t rate this hotel highly enough the staff made it honestly they were just brilliant so thank you. Will definitely stay there again and I would say if you’re going to Venice - this is a place to stay. It’s walking distance to everywhere and the views out the window were just beautiful ! All in all a fabulous stay was had by us all 🤩
