Monaco Quisisana

Property completely misaligned with the minimum standards expected for the 4-star category. Upon our arrival, the assigned room presented obvious hygienic and maintenance issues: presence of objects left by previous guests (a dirty sock abandoned in the room), widespread dirt, ruined furnishings with wall plugs and plaster visible on the walls, as well as a bathroom area lacking doors or closed compartments. The state of the balcony was particularly serious, with planters and masonry heavily deteriorated, deep cracks, crumbling parts of concrete, and visible rust. Despite the subsequent room change offered by the reception, the general conditions of the hotel show completely neglected maintenance and a quality standard completely different from what was advertised. Faced with an advance payment made at check-in, the situation prompted us not to stay in the room. The incident was the subject of a formal complaint sent via certified email to the competent authorities and the Municipality of Jesolo for the appropriate checks on the hotel classification. Not recommended.

Very welcoming hotel, includes tickets for Caribe Bay. The rooms have a very thin pillow, not very comfortable but doable for sleeping, includes a safe, bathroom with bidet and a tub for the shower. Also included are 2 pools, one for adults and one for children, with access to the sea. Finally, there is the hotel parking with valet.

Very dated rooms but clean .the reception dont take debit cards to pay the bill till after 9am .wee had the taxi booked for 7am for the airport .i had to go down the street to a cash line to get cash to pay the tourist tax 😬
