As in the title this hotel is very tired and in desperate need of refurbishment, however the location is excellent literally on the beach front,food is good lots of it too our room was very dated...

In its prime it must have been one of the best on the beachfront, but now in need of some refurbishment. Ideal location and within 1 hour of Venice by local bus and water bus for around 22 euros...
