Dirty and claustphobic rooms, unspeakable breakfast, only positive note the location but does not compensate for the rest , the price does not reflect the quality, the photos on the site are not true

We loved: Perfect central location in Venice Authentic Venetian atmosphere Friendly and welcoming hospitality Could be improved: Beds are very hard → a top mattress would help Soap dispenser leaking into the sink Several broken lightbulbs and bathroom details (toilet seat, holder) Noise from air conditioner in Room 101 (very disturbing, not fixed despite requests) Entrance could feel more inviting (furniture, hidden laundry/trash) Overall: A charming and authentic hotel. With a few small fixes it could be an excellent stay.
