Its very clumsy. Checkin was horrible. We are family of four have booked junior suite. The AC not working and on repeated requests, the manager says the technical guy is coming but no one available. Request to everyone never never to book thia place. Total waste of money and don’t know how to spend the night in such a suffocating room. Open the window and a noisy street is below to keep you waking. Horrible experience.

Given the reviews on booking and various platforms we were really worried. Arriving at the scene, ringing on the intercom they opened us and made us leave our luggage. Two-story suite room clean and without bedbugs or similar animals. Air conditioning present + mini fan. Maybe we should improve something like: locked luggage storage, room entrance doors and not to be improved. But overall for one night we enjoyed it.

Avoid this hotel like the plague. This hotel is filthy disgusting and we had to flee in the middle of the night. The hotel is full of bedbugs and my myself and my daughter eaten alive with bedbugs bite. I am also convinced that there is a camera in the room. There is a perfect hole above the wardrobe where there is absolutely no reason for it to be there. The whole hotel is disgusting and filthy. I contacted the manager I have videos and he screamed at me. No videoing he has since stopped, taking calls, not reply to emails he has blocked me.
