Royal San Marco

We spent 3 days at this hotel located near Piazza San Marco with mixed satisfaction. Indeed, the first room assigned did not satisfy us with a faulty bathroom, but after complaining, we obtained another very decent room. This hotel is of a good standard and its location is ideal for visiting Venice!..

It is a good option for staying in Venice, its location is unbeatable and that allowed us to return to the hotel as many times as we needed while we toured the main attractions of the city. The room furniture is simple and old, everything worked without major problems and it was clean. The breakfast was decent. If there is something to improve, it is the customer service; there was no cordial treatment at any time during the stay.

Just got back from a 4 night stay at the Royal San Marco. Lovely hotel in an amazing location just off St Marks Square and accessible to everything in such a short distance. Breakfast was very good and plenty to start your day off well. The rooms Are kept very clean and a credit to the housekeeping team. The aircon is good which was much appreciated at the end of each very hot day. Finally all of the staff are excellent and very helpful. Thank you and we recommend this hotel.
