Welcome first of all! Clear directions from the first moment and a really pleasant atmosphere. The property is very pretty and also has a lovely garden dedicated to smokers, a detail not obvious. Breakfast is not formally scheduled, but in reality nothing is missing: fresh fruit, croissants, eggs, whole wheat bread and jams always available. The room was really comfortable and the quiet environment, perfect for relaxing. I felt right at home.

Nice place and pratica.Vicino to tutto.Pulito, cozy and with all services, availability of hot drinks at all hours and well organized spaces. Maria Chiara the owner attentive and available to help at all times. It is difficult to find in Venice such a well-kept space out of chaos.
