Quiet location close to train station which was handy for trips to Verona & Florence. Room was comfortable but a little small for a double. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable with plenty of fresh fruit, the serving staff were wonderful & couldn’t do enough for you offering speciality teas & coffees. Reception staff were also very friendly & helpful. Many restaurants nearby. Would definitely go again to this hotel

In a fantastic, central location, with easy access to public transport and beautiful places to explore, this lovely hotel manages to provide a peaceful, well organised, friendly refuge. In all our travels we have never met such a kind, efficient and gregarious staff team. The room was very clean and comfortable - especially the bed and pillows which were as good as home ( very rare indeed). Housekeeping is diligent and immaculate. Breakfast is excellent; the team included the wonderful lady Helda, an extremely lovely man whose name we forgot to ask and the young lady who does not stop looking for dishes that need replenishing . Delightful, bespoke cocktails at the bar, with Ricardo and Nicolai (please forgive us if we've got the spelling wrong) set us up for the evening. Thank you to the kind people who looked after me on the first day - when I got heat stroke! Monica ( boss lady) you rock ! Alberto on reception was professional, debonair and wise. How on earth are you all so lovely? We will be back one day when there's less chance of a heatwave! Bless you all and thank you.

The place is pretty, well decorated. The hotel staff is friendly. Our room was comfortable. The establishment is located very close to the train station, which is convenient, but a bit far from the main attractions. However, for good walkers, this is not an issue. Furthermore, nearby, there are all the necessary services: restaurants, shops, pharmacy...
