Airport Verona Congressi & Relax

We choose this hotel for its close proximity to airport and shuttle service, unfortunately shuttle is just a small van and unless reserved days in advance you wont get a seat especially if travelling as a family of more than 2 people. Despite requesting a quiet room months in advance, our connecting room was very noisy. The aircon is very loud and moreso the heavy traffic noise from the nearby roads continuously all night. There was alot of banging sounds also from the carpark for trucks next to hotel (like large doors being slammed). Definitely wont get a good nights sleep. Rooms on first glance were clean but hidden behind curtains were spidder webs and flies. Public areas were very clean. Staff not helpful at reception didnt seem interested in customers requests. Food was fine and service good in restaurant. Overall medicore and wont be a returning customer.

We were looking for a hotel close to the airport offering a one night day. After a quick Internet search this airport hotel looked perfect. Wewere pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff were lovely, friendly and accommodating. The choice of food and the quality was amazing. We had both dinner and breakfast (with a very nice local bottle of wine.). The hotel room was spacious and comfortable with a very good air-conditioning system considering the excessive temperatures recently. We would happily return to this hotel again on next visit to Verona.

Only stayed overnight before heading to the airport but this hotel.was fantastic value for money. Free shuttle to the airport was it's selling point and was a great service. Room was spotless and had everything needed. Wish I had time to try out the pool but would definitely come back again
