Actually a hotel in a great location, with friendly staff and great food in the bistro at very fair prices. What is absolutely not okay is that almost all guests have dogs! We think that it should be clearly pointed out that this hotel is more of a dog boarding facility than an upscale 4-star hotel. Do not get us wrong, we like dogs, but a limit has been reached here and the hotel must react from our point of view. Either commit to being a dog hotel or set boundaries. Regards Mario from Hamburg

Lakefront hotel, with a spectacular view and private beach. Large and well-maintained green space, the pool is nice, not exactly heated (as described), but then again, we are in summer. Kudos for the many included services, including charging for the electric car. Fantastic breakfast with high-quality products. Very friendly and smiling staff. I am not giving a full rating because I find that the raised platform in the middle of the room, on which the sitting area is positioned, is not comfortable. The steps, especially at night, could be dangerous since you are forced to use them to go to the bathroom. The other thing I did not like was the lack of a bidet towel. If there is a bidet and we are in Italy, why? Upon my request, two more guest towels were brought to us, saying that they are used there for both the face and the bidet. Towels that, the next day, I no longer found even though I had left them hanging like the others. Furthermore, returning from breakfast at 8:30 AM, they were already cleaning the room; we were invited by the two staff members to wait 10 minutes on the balcony while they finished cleaning. Clearly, that did not seem like an acceptable proposal to me. It was a short but very pleasant vacation; simply put, in a hotel of this category and with so many services offered, all the details are important.

A beautiful hotel right by Lake Garda. We had a junior suite with a stunning view of the lake. The rooms are a matter of taste but renovated and clean. The beds are excellent. There is no traditional breakfast buffet. You can order from a menu, and additionally, items like yogurt can be ordered directly. The egg dishes and the salami are very tasty. The orange juice is not fresh and comes with ice cubes. The latte macchiato and the cappuccino were not hot and also quite thin. The staff is very friendly and tries to meet all requests. Unfortunately, someone who is in charge is missing. Absolutely necessary in a hotel operation. The hotel is located on a particularly beautiful stretch of the shore of Lake Garda. The pools are nice and there are enough loungers available. The bistro offers good food. This is also necessary, as there is not much culinary activity in the immediate vicinity. There are also no entertainment options available. Those who want to spend a quiet vacation are in the right place here. It is also ideal as a starting point to discover places like Garda or Torri del Benaco.
