We booked the hotel for one night. The hotel itself looks old-fashioned and a bit dusty. At the reception we were greeted friendly, we got an upgrade to Superior Room, second floor, overlooking the restaurant in the courtyard. The room surprised us extremely, completely different than expected after entering, Large, bright and clean. Totally okay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning is only switched on from 17h. For sleeping we would have liked to have opened the window, not possible at all because it is just too loud. The pillows are like concrete. Breakfast was also ok, have eaten worse. Omelette was unfortunately cold and the small topped croissant soaked. Would recommend the place rather less.

Nice hotel - good location - excellent rooms (if you get one with window:). You should be careful of the receptionist. We have not experienced anything similar ever - either during the stay or after. And we are people who never complain.

If I can rate it a zero for customer service I will, she was so mean, we booked a room for 3 on Priceline and paid for 3 when we arrived she kept us waiting from 3:10 pm until 5:25 pm over 2 hours and she didn’t care about if we are tired or no but she said she have to call Booking.com then she said we have to wait until they call her back even we ask her to please give us the room key but still she didn’t care, also there is no parking as they lost it on Priceline and she said you have to park on the street which is 2 Euros per hour if you are lucky enough to find one, we don’t recommend this place at all only thing was good is the hotel was clean to be honest but there is a lot better hotels with parking in the area that we found when we get there, also Air conditioning is off between 9am and 5 pm without any notice on the website that was a jock. All she wanted is to charge us 100 euros extra for my son which was not honest at all and I already paid for 3 persons when we booked, will never go there again and DO NOT recommend it for anyone,
