Very nice hotel, very clean. We got a room upgrade to a suite on arrival. Lovely room with beautiful finishes and cared for to perfection. Very friendly and attentive staff who work in this hotel. Nice breakfast to start the day with. Also in the evenings on the terrace in front of the hotel nice a nice wine drunk together. You really get a lot of stuff with that, delicious! We slept here for two nights. For anyone who comes to Verona, do!

Exceptional hotel all around. Clean rooms. Kind and helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast. Perfectly situated close to the arena. The showers are also fantastic. This hotel has an elevator and excellent air conditioning.

We arrived early but staff were able to allocate a room that was ready which was great. We had booked one of the smaller rooms that was ok for us but maybe not a bright idea for the larger persons as the shower was a tight squeeze! Room nicely decorated and serviced daily. Safe, tea & coffee, fridge and TV with several English channels. WiFi worked ok throughout. Soundproofing was excellent. There is a small bar opposite the hotel where people were drinking in the street and being quite noisy at times but yet we never heard a thing in our first floor room facing it. Breakfast, well where do you start? We advised the hotel in advance of the better halfs allergies/tolerances and these were met, no problem, and she was presented with a basket of goodies each morning at the table. Something for everyone on offer. Lovely fresh fruit including strawberries. In fact, this breakfast was better than what I was expecting and staff couldn't do enough for you. Location, you can't get better than this, literally round the corner from the arena and just minutes walk from most of the major attractions, shops and bars/restaurants. Buses run from Piazza Bra every few minutes to the bus and railway station where the airport bus terminates. Overall a wonderful stay and would certainly stay here again.
