The hotel makes a good impression from the beginning. The lobby is very cozy with the large bar. The staff is very friendly and accommodating from reception to dining room. Our room was spacious and the air conditioning served well. The parking lot is secured by a gate with code and gives a good feeling. Some deductions we have to give for breakfast: It's a little loveless and in a basement with no windows. Sometimes it is very loud, which is not only the fault of the oversized TV. All in all, we would certainly recommend it for a transit or as an overnight stay for trips to Verona or Lake Garda.

Hotel is great but my 5 stars has to be for the service!!! Andrei was an absolute star and such a pleasure to meet! Nothing was too much trouble. The guy was a wealth of knowledge, laughter and a pleasure to be in company of. He's actually a big part of our journey of our first time in italy. Thank you so much Andrei, you are a credit to the hotel. And of course a fit & stunning beautiful man 🤌😜 love stu & jenny (nottingham forest nffc🏆) x

We chose this accommodation to celebrate New Year's Eve in Verona, booking a standard double room through Booking at a price of €127 per night. We benefited from a "genius" discount of 10%, bringing the actual cost to €116, considering a room worth €94 in low season. The convenient location and affordable price were perfect for our plan to celebrate New Year's Eve in the square in Verona. However, the hotel has some dated nuances and basic service, perhaps geared more towards business travelers than tourists. Breakfast offers a variety of choices, although one guest complained about spoiled juice, and the cold cuts didn't look the best, but the desserts, especially the muffins, were delicious. About the room, we were a little disappointed since it didn't correspond exactly to the photos published. We noticed that the images only promoted the "superior" rooms on the second floor, which were larger and more refined. Perhaps due to the genius discount or our late booking, we were given a lower-end room, but the flaws in the details were evident. The soundproofing could be better, and some details in the room, such as dust on the TV or a stain on the blanket, were also negligible. However, the dated shower cabin, with signs of rust and a haphazard stucco repair, was a detail that had a less than positive impact on our experience. The reception staff were friendly, with a special mention for the woman at breakfast who was very helpful. In conclusion, despite some details that could be improved, the overall experience was sufficient. Ideally suited to those looking for a stay without too many pretensions, but attention to certain details can influence the experience.
