Hotel Siena

The rooms are clean and look good, too bad that a small fridge is missing. Welcoming and kind reception staff. Breakfast needs to be reviewed, little choice and no attention to intolerances, the breakfast waitress was rude.

A 2-star hotel that deserves more. The room was sufficiently large, with a wardrobe with hangers and a shelf. Two mirrors in the room and a large shelf. The mattress was very good; upon request, there were 2 duvet covers. Nightstands are provided. The television is sufficient. The bathroom was large enough with a bidet, hair dryer, soap, and shower gel/shampoo (smells very good). The shower curtain takes some getting used to, but it works. The bathroom also has a window. The air conditioning works perfectly; it was very hot during our stay. The staff is friendly. We used the vending machine. The breakfast is good by Italian standards, the coffee is excellent. We were very satisfied!

Booked through Expedia so was a bit wary. Need not have been I really really rate this hotel. 10.minute walk from bus station which is 20min from airport. 10.min walk to piazza bra and the arena 2.minures from Pam mini market 1 minute from ice cream parlour Many bars in vicinity too. The room was really modern and clean. Very clean. I asked for a room high up as we were street facing but honestly we heard nothing. The outside electric blinds blocked out all light and noise. The room was dual facing and really well appointed. Did not have a balcony but it was pretty hot. Staff were amazing. Family run personable and helpful. Room cleaned and like new every day. You leave the key at reception each day and this is staffed 24hours. Left luggage room handy as check in is at 2pm I took my own kettle and did miss a fridge in the room. Cold beers for sale and other drinks in reception. I would stay here again for sure when I come to Verona. Not to worry. It is excellent and ideal for a budget conscious break.
