Hotel Verona

I stayed with my mother for two nights to see the city comfortably and with good value for money for the stay. This hotel is perfect: within walking distance to the station with an easy route even with a suitcase, within walking distance to Piazza Bra. Functional, spacious rooms, comfortable bathrooms, very good breakfast in a comfortable room. Staff always present, attentive, and not intrusive. The luggage storage is also modern and functional. Really highly recommended!

Very mediocre experience. The air conditioning was not working in our room when we arrived and we had to ask maintenance to fix it. The shower was not draining and they did eventually come fix it but after much trouble. We needed to iron for an event and there was only one iron and ironing board in the entire hotel so we had to use that in the laundry room. Would not return. It was clean and staff was mostly friendly.

Excellent location and great courtesy The hotel enjoys a very central location, a few minutes' walk from the Arena. The room was very clean, quiet, well air-conditioned and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The breakfast, with both sweet and savory options, was varied, abundant and particularly rich in fresh fruit. A special mention goes to the reception staff, always kind, professional and helpful. Furthermore, in case of need, it is possible to request a free late check-out until 1:00 PM: a truly very appreciated attention. It was an extremely pleasant stay, which I highly recommend for the location, the excellent cleanliness and the warm welcome.
