From the time we booked our stay Michaela was great with communication and she met us at the room. The location and room were both amazing. Spacious apartment with a comfy bed and a large sofa bed that was also very comfy. Family of 4 with 2 grown children had plenty of space. The Aircon was a god send as it was very warm and humid during the day. The kitchen was fully equipped and restocked daily with tea, coffee, water, milk, juice and continental breakfast food. Michaela took time to show us where to go and where not to, her restaurant recommendations were amazing (see other reviews). Cleaner came daily and did a great job and left the appartment looking sparkling. We could not have asked for a more magical stay as it was our son's 21st Birthday and daughter is studying Romeo and Juliet in school. To be given free reign and access to the courtyard and Juliet statue was so special and one we will never forget. The view from our balcony looking at Juliet's balcony was out of this world. If you stay here you will not regret it and we will be back.

Amei and recomendo strongly. This stay was really excellent. The room is exactly as in the photos and is located inside Juliet’s courtyard. The city is lovely and the hostess’s welcome is impeccable: she does a real concierge job advising the best places to visit. She speaks English and is very polite and cheerful, which really makes a difference for us Brazilians. The cleanliness of the place is great, the amenities have everything we need and are quality, the shower is very good, the TV excellent (you can for example access your own Netflix). The sound insulation is perfect, even being in the historic center. I loved it and highly recommend it.

We were in the Elvira suite of La Corte di Gulietta in Verona. The experience was fantastic. It is welcoming, spacious, complete and its situation is unbeatable. This accommodation gives Verona an added value to consider. Michaella’s kindness, hostess, professionalism and talent were unbeatable. We are delighted and will repeat the accommodation on future visits to Verona.
