Martini Verona

The hotel was 20 mins walk from the edge of the old town but only 10 mins walk to the train station (Porto Nuova) You could also get to the airport bus from here. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and extensive with bacon, scrambled egg and sausage. also the full range of cold selection. The airport bus is every 20 mins and you can buy tickets at the machine or on the bus. We had day trips by train to Padua and Vicenza (both worth a few hour visit)

We stayed here when we went to the Roman amphitheatre. Its about 15 minutes walk from the rail station & 40 minutes walk to the historic centre. The hotel was clean, the room cool & comfy and the shower is excellent. We loved the fresh bread & pastries at breakfast, as well as all the fruit & cooked options. Staff were all helpful too. Very good place to stay.

Great budget hotel with very friendly staff and a good breakfast. A Quiet location but easy access to all places of interest.
