Very small room but above all not very clean. I noticed that the bedside tables and desk had not been cleaned for our arrival as the surfaces were covered in dust and the bedspread was stained. The room is located on the top floor, there are no elevators, so you have to carry bags and suitcases. Price quite high for the average.

If you are heading to the opera this is the perfect place to stay as the Arena is just a couple of streets away. The B&B is in a beautiful old building - 3 rooms - clean with everything you need - a good bed and shower and the added benefit of a lovely small balcony with chairs. The host, Francesca, is lovely, helpful but not obtrusive. She has a collection of cushions for the Arena which is a nice touch. Nice breakfast laid out in the morning. As others have said - no lift and quite a few old stone stairs so go easy on the luggage!

We stayed for a week at this bed and breakfast to celebrate my 60th birthday.. it is close to the arena . Its a must to go to the opera , we are not opera fans but the experience and spectacle were amazing , we saw Aida. Access to railway is about a 20 min walk , we visited lake Garda , Bologna and Padova . All great trips and easy travel on the train . Our host , Francesca was charming and knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome .. rooms were clean and comfortable, and a good choice at breakfast. We had a great stay in Verona and I have no hesitation in recommending this B&B , it’s very central to all the sights , restaurants and shops .
