Villa Mimosa

Lousy attention, I feel conned. I paid the cost of the room, I was traveling by car from Rome, they have no reception after 10pm. We arrived at 1:20pm and the owner or administrator disobliging, inattentive and violent because he answered the intercom and said he did not open us. We told him we had no hotel for the night. He didn't mind. Said “that’s your problem”, “I’m not going to open up” AVOID THIS HOTEL

We arrived at 1:20am, after a 6-hour drive from Rome. We had a flat tire on the road. We sent an email advising the hotel that we would arrive at 1am. The manager answered the intercom on arrival and denied us entry despite being with a minor. We told him we had nowhere to go, we had already paid the cost of the hotel including breakfast. He said, “It’s your problem, not mine, I’m not going to open up.” We insisted and again he said the same thing. We reiterated that we didn't even have a bathroom, he didn't mind. A total disregard, a lack of humanity and minimal decency. Abuse and violence against us, unacceptable. Fatal experience! We are demanding a refund of our money.

Beautiful experience!!! Very kind and welcoming owners, clean rooms and plentiful breakfast.... the croissants were delicious. Convenient location to reach the centre, 10 minutes by bus Rating 10++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
