Jamaica Palace

We spent 14 days in Jamaica and spent 2 nights here in January 2026. The hotel incl. outdoor area is beautiful. The room was ok. Jamaican or Continental breakfast is offered. We had dinner twice. The quality was very good. There were only a few guests in the hotel. That didn't bother us. We visited 2 beaches. Winnifred Beach and Frenchman’s Cove visited.

On arrival AT THE JAMAICA PALACE HOTEL in August 2024 we found the staff were friendly, very helpful showing us our beautiful suite , my partner had to help with the aircon though. The room was absolutely amazing, the bed was so big & comfortable , everything was spotlessly clean We found at breakfast the service was sometimes very slow an one occasion we were totally ignored by the dining room staff , we were also served a less than palatable meal one evening but after we saw the owner of the hotel, who intervened , after that we couldn't have been more happier We would happily return to this hotel as on the whole our stay was enjoyable we would also recommend this hotel to our friends and family

We stayed at the Palace Hotel with friends and family and had a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were large and always clean and tidy. Their breakfast was the highlight!!.. Jamaican breakfast and continental breakfast was offered every morning! Their breakfast did not disappoint!! Staying at the Palace Hotel felt truly special. It’s a very large hotel that could use some TLC but you could tell that it was a grand dame back in the day! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the rooms are special. Do go and visit, you will enjoy your stay there as well!!
