Sunflower Villas Hotel

The apartment I stayed in was a studio with a kitchenette. It had every thing your Kitchen from home should have. The staff was very lovely, the pool is right out side my room which I loved because I didn't have to walk far. Not to mention the practice of Social distance and wearing of masks was present form staff members and other Guests. This place is a home away from Home.

My family and I rented 2 villas between January 18 and 25, 2020. This place is so run down. No AC. Appliances and bed are so old & in poor condition. Wifi is very poor. Had no wifi for 2days and contact person was not helpful. Stated there's nothing they can do. Towels were dingy. No one took garbage out, tissue ran out and bed linen was never changed for the time we spent. Place was filled with Mosquitos & plant had mosquitoes in them. There's no security and lighting is poor. This place needs a overhaul. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Management needs to renovate this place. Everything inside is from this place was built.

Let me assure you there is NOT a resturant we were half board and never saw a resturant or menu in 14 days even after asking. There is NO AIR CON we ended up with 4 large fans sweltering. The bar is owned seperately by 2 germans that drank the bar dry so you got a choice of red stripe red stripe or red stripe. The day we left i striped the 2 single beds pushed together NOT A DOUBLE and i sobbed. I had slept on filth for 2 wks absolute filth. The sink in kitchen was not attatched to the wall and the pool was a swamp im awaiting a full refund and will not rest until i get it AVOID THIS HOVEL BURN IT DOWN
