Emerald Villas

A group of us checked in on 6th April, we stayed until 20th. On first impression, the outside of the villa looks on point. Sadly that impression quickly vanished. Because the rooms which have the potential to top class, were beyond deplorable. There was dust, cobwebs, a persistent old unwell person lives in the rooms. Guess what I mean is, the rooms smelt like they'd been locked up for years. The shower in my room sprayed water everywhere except on me. Had to DIY it myself. The kitchen was something I had never seen and never wishes to see again. There was food residue sitting in the drainer. It was beyond untidy and unkept. We had to wash down the kitchen before we could use it. Jennifer expressed no interest in ensuring we had good facilities to use. I am convinced she was only in it for the money. The kitchen had not one decent fork, one single knife that was dull and not fit for use. I am of thw opinion that she knows not about how to run a resort. It is actually not a resort, not sure what it is. I say that because I have never been to a resort where the guests and owner uses the cooking space. I believe she needs to invest in how to run a resort and self presentation. The view is amazing, the greenery on point.

Absolutely terrible. I booked my holiday in August 2025. I landed in montego Bay at 7.45. My partner met me at the airport. By the time we managed to find the place it took us forever. When we finally got there the whole place was like a ghost town. There was no lights on and the doors were locked. It was a good thing my partner was there because i would have been stranded out in the middle of nowhere. I ended up spending my whole holiday at my partners family's house in the country

I had a great time, beautiful Island, beautiful view, the people are so welcoming, the staff was amazing, The food was The bomb... The pool, was relaxing.. I had a great time for my birthday, I really appreciate the staff for making my stay comfortable and stress free
