Cotton Tree Place Hotel

This is our second visit to this establishment, and it will not be our last! The negative picture was not indicative of our experience. We had a bathtub and shower combined. Plenty of hot water, as well as a refrigerator. Ms. Marie, the general manager, is very pleasant. Kevin was kind, too. They are close to downtown Negril. Our room number was 103. You can see the ocean from the veranda.

A great place to stay in downtown Negril. General manager, Marie, is a wealth of information. Such a pleasant person! There is hot and cold(great pressure) water. Their place offers swimming pool, gift shop, ocean view, foliage, & breadfruit trees, bar & Chinese Restuarant .We ate delicious local food. Ackee, breadfruit, peas & rice, conch, fish, oxtail soup, etc. Ask Marie for suggestions.Everything you want is within walking distance. I am sure renovations are occurring. Bright pink and turquoise building. While there, we had the good fortune to see a newly wed professional photo shoot. Beautifully attired bride and groom. - rooms were dirty - the water in the shower was cold - there was no wi-fi in the rooms but only in the hall and not very good also - the swimming pool was dirty - the bar was closed - the breakfast was ok but very poor in variety
