Hidden Paradise Resort

We were in Negril from Nov 2-11 and went to mama flo's 3 times. This place makes you feel at welcome and appreciated. Each meal we had here was outstanding and the service is very personal and inviting. Mama Flo was there each time and she made sure you were happy and taken care of. It is right next door to drifters so you get to listen to the music from there while enjoying your time at mama flos.

Hotel got robbed while sleep, owner told me there is nothing he can do and refused to run the security camera. Poor service, bad furniture...go anywhere else in Negril but here. Security is poor and is very rude

This resort is on the main stretch of the strip. It is in easy walking distance to the local bars and restaurants and a short walk to the main town (20 mins). It is a clean and basic hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Mrs Buell the housekeeper will do your laundry for USD$10. Cheap and cheerful
