Pure Gardens Resort

The entire property needs to be renovated! My husband and I stayed here, simply because it was central to everything. Big mistake! There was a huge infestation of ants. Ants crawling on the bed all over my pillows. Of course I started freaking out. My husband tried his very best to calm me down telling me I can make it through the night. Well I didn't. I went to the front desk asked for my room to be changed. Room was changed and we experienced the same issue. It was too late to go to another hotel. We ended up staying the night. The bathroom needs an entire facelift. Faucets are rusted so badly!!! Water pressure is extremely low... The next morning we were gone. We booked else where, where we were both happier!

I stayed at Pure Garden one night ago and I enjoyed my stay as usual. The receptionists was very friendly and customer service oriented, Rooms were clean, Security guard was very welcoming and professional, The chef was very nice. The food was delicious, I enjoyed my curry crab with rice and Peas. Best curry crab I ever had. Pure Garden is the most reasonable all inclusive resort in Negril , Book Pure Garden and you cannot go wrong.

Vincent, you have an amazing team!! If you're not seeking the traditional all-inclusive hotel experience..Pure Garden Resort is PERFECT! The location is fantastic, who wouldn't want to directly across from the 7-mile beach and the hotel pool area is clean and the hotel grounds are very well maintained. There is a little grocery shop located beside the hotel so you don't have to go far to grab snacks and a larger grocery store is located 5 minutes away!! My stay here was made even more enjoyable by the extremely friendly staff! I reserved a room with a kitchen which had all the luxuries of home. Utensils I inquired after to prepare meals were immediately provided and delivered with a warm smile. When I didn't feel like cooking, I enjoyed the delicious food served at restaurants/bars along the main road!! My room was clean, very well maintained and serviced when requested. The air conditioner and fan worked perfectly. Arlene primarily looked after my needs during my stay and she and the other ladies were absolutely amazing and very accommodating! The staff are very honest and conduct themselves with a high degree of integrity! I left a piece of jewelry in my room when I checked out, boarded my flight to return home and did not realize it until I unpacked my suitcase the next morning. I immediately called the hotel to inquire after it and was informed it was turned into the front desk and would be held there until I am able to make arrangements to have it returned to me. I am looking forward to my next stay at Pure Garden!!
