Sunset on the Beach

No hot water for entire 7 day stay. Cable was out for 3 of the 7 days . Have to buy my own toilet paper after the third day went back to my room 10 o’ clock at night and no toilet paper. Next day the housekeeper said she will call the other property coral seas beach to get toilet paper, but return to room and none so I purchased my own. Housekeeper said “that’s how it is this is coral seas”. Save the best for last. Roaches all over even in the shower. I have never seen roaches in the shower at any hotel in my life. I have pictures too. Big red ants 🐜 running all over the room looks harmless, but still. That place needs to be shut down.

Loved everything about the property, grounds and room… however, the Wifi could be the very worst I’ve experienced in Negril and I come several times a year… it’s is now the gold nugget… wifi so bad it’s impossible to watch a Netflix or even post a video on Facebook. In this day and age of Covid where people Can remotely, it’s absolutely unacceptable to have wifi… it’s not just “iffy” it’s horrendous as in the worst I’ve ever experienced in Negril Fix the wifi!!!

So happy to return to Coral Seas after a break on 2020 (like rest of the world) June is super helpful and the pool is always good for a dip. Basic rooms and a nice spot for me and my travel buddy to hold court on the veranda. Just bring bug spray! They have updated the rooms a bit since I visited in 2018. Cool ac the whole time. Perfect for a budget traveller like me, clean and reliable. Always fun!
