Upper floors of Nagoya Parco West Building. The elevator on the Otsu-dori side of the West Building is convenient. I think the front desk was on the 8th floor. It's been quite a while since it opened, so deterioration is noticeable in places, there are few outlets and no USB ports. The bar was closed. For breakfast, there was self-serve bread and coffee. In terms of location, it's very close to Yabacho Station, there's Parco's food court on the floor below, and it's convenient as Matsuzakaya Department Store and Sakae's downtown are just a short walk away.

Whoever promotes Japan to foreign tourists needs to experience this place. It sets their efforts back by decades. It is my worst hotel experience anywhere in the world in the last 10 years. This place should be closed until given a major revamp. Best feature: it is convenient to the Subway. There are dirt marks all over the walls and ceilings as well as the carpet being stained and worn. The bathroom also has numerous stains. The image is extremely poor. We were locked out of our room by a hardware failure at one stage which the reception staff solved eventually. I cannot recommend this hotel.
