I have travelled few countries a bit and perhaps the best experience ever I had is at this hotel. Very neat and tidy hotel and what made me love this hotel more than any other hotels globally is the "customer service" experience I witnessed here. Being my first ever trip to Japan, I had millions of questions about my onward trip to other cities, especially when I don't know Japanese language. I kept on asking frequent questions and ideas from the front office staff here, and each time they helped me out with my itinerary with a smiling face always. Very very efficient staff this place has. Hotel is located at a 5 minutes walk from "Suwa-cho" train station. Hotel premises as mentioned above is very appealing, neat and well presented. Rooms are likewise, neat and clean. Breakfast was included in my tariff and had many options available to suite different needs (me being vegetarian). Shopping mall nearby houses a few restaurants. Post office and convenience stores are located at walking distances from here. Overall I had an excellent experience staying here and shall definitely visit this place in future.
