Had a stayover on the way back to Nagoya and just need a clean room to sleep . Was surprised to find the place much better than my expectation , with free coffee in the lobby and decent breakfast at a reasonable rate. Did not use their laundry equipment due to the "look"" but there is coin operated laundromat just 2 mins walk away which is much cleaner but cost more .

Usually I will look for hotel rooms at least 15 square metres and this was not exception. The room was decently large but I experienced problems walking in the room after I open up my large- and mid-size luggages. There was hardly space between the luggage and the beds. Also, they provided a small cupboard which was pretty old. It was between the bed and the window and created ‘dead space’ in between which could have been better used. The toilet is small and only one person can use the shower or wash hand at one time as the source of water has a splitter for either use. I didn’t use the onsen. The car park is free. They have washing machines and dryers. That was good but you must pay ... fair enough. I stayed in another route inn hotel at Yokkaichi the next day. The restaurant and menu are the same in both hotels! See my review on the latter. It was much better. For someone with smaller luggages, it might be a good hotel.

Good service and room size is quite big compared to similar japanese hotels. We had one baby with us. Enough room. +Price/quality ratio ok. + Shuttlebus service provided. Maybe offered from stations to hotel im advance.
