I used it on a trip to see the Okuirase mountain stream. As expected, the Hoshino Resort, the room was also tasteful and beautiful. The buffet in the Apple Kitchen offers a wide variety of apples, many apple-based menus, and plenty of apple objects I'm glad I got the apple.

Exceptional setting for this hotel in the heart of nature. Large room with a view of the river. Very good bedding, all the comfort is available. Very complete and high-quality buffet in the evening in a very beautiful dining room. Onsen in the heart of nature. A beautiful experience

Great breakfast and dinner . The hotel has activities like building a lamp. Making moss art. There is indoor onsen and outdoor onsen overlooking the river . Room is spacious. Hotels grounds are big. This is unique hotel right next to the oirase gorge . Price may be high but I think it’s worth it as the food is great. Recommend you hire car. There is also bus to visit the gorge but I recommend get your own car. We went in April and it was very cold around 3 degrees Celsius so being warm clothes . For lunch there is few eateries / restaurants closed to the hotel . Must stay here minimum 2 nights visit the surrounding
