This is my first time staying at the hotel. Very near to Narita Airport less than 45 mins drive by Taxi. Location very near to JR station about 10 mins walk thru Mitsui Factory Outlet which is opposite the hotel. Staff at the hotel are very professional and helpful. Snr Concierge Mr Ozawa very well spoken in English and very helpful giving a lot instruction which we plan to go to the Disneyland. Rooms are very clean and big unlike room in Tokyo. Thank you Mr Ozawa and rest of the Conceige Team

Very convenient for Makuhari Messe, about 10 minute walk. Also direct limousine bus from Narita, from Haneda I got off at Hotel Springs and had a short walk, but that may have been my mistake. Good service, good breakfast, solid Wi-Fi, larger rooms than typical in Japan - all at a reasonable price.

The Manhattan Hotel in Chiba is a homage to 1950s New York. It’s opulent and ostentatious in a good way. The staff is welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are larger than the average Japanese hotel rooms. Rooms facing the Tokyo Bay gives you a preview of how big Tokyo really is. The room has a closet with a safe big enough to store a tablet or a small laptop. The beds are firm but comfortable. The hotel is an 8 minute walk from Kaihimmakuhari Station. There you can catch the Rapid Train to Tokyo Station in 18 minutes. It’s a 9 minute walk to the Makuhari Messe (Convention Center). The Train station has plenty of conbins (Convenience Stores) and Restaurants. The hotel is quiet and immaculate clean. I highly recommend this hotel.
