We have stayed in many Toyoko Inns & chose this one as it was confident to access activities we wanted to do around the area. I am a member so the price was excellent per night & we also chose the Eco option which involved getting the room serviced every couple of days which was cheaper as well, you always got new towels though. Our room was good, clean as always, I like the space under the beds to store large bags.
Our only complaints were that the room was rather noisy, you could hear people out on the street yelling, especially on the weekends, we were on the 4th floor so higher floors may be quieter. Also the internet worked mainly in the foyer/restaurant & sometimes our room, it was varied & sometimes cut out. There are lap tops you can use in the foyer if you need.
The breakfast was fantastic, the staff were so friendly always making sure everyone got enough to eat. Options were rice, toast & jam, sausages, egg salad, potato salad etc. Water is available all the time as well.
We enjoyed our stay once we got used to the noise at night.

We stayed in a king room. Good bed size for us and our 2.5 old toddler to rest after the long flight and 2 days spent at Disneyland.
We used this as based to visit Disneyland and mitsui outlet. Both are venue abt 30mins train ride away. 1 transfer required at Nishi funabashi station but is easy considering we travelling with a stroller and child. This Toyoko inn doesnt provide Disneyland transport unlike the one at Nishi Keisei but we foresee we won't able to utilize the transport either, they have only one timing in morning and one at night. We don't want to get restricted plus is challenging to catch the free transport timing while travelling with a toddler.
The walk from Tsudanuma station to hotel is so near and easy(via parco elevator). We made use of the parco shopping mall elevator to go up/down the train station floor as it is no fun carry the toddler while my husband carry the stroller climbing the flight of stairs. based on Toyoko inn website given direction is to use the overpass and then walk the staircase, which we did the 1st day arriving from airport not knowing the available elevator inside parco.
direct JR Sobu/Narita line RAPID from Narita airport to Tsudanuma for only 950¥. Hyperdia shows transfer at Chiba station but I only realize it is a direct train when I was purchasing the ticket at the airport JR ticket counter.
We love the surrounding, like the pharmacy store and parco where we pack our bento meals for our 2 days at Disneyland. There are so much food and confectionary along the way to Maihama station that you can get food easily.
Though the back lane of Toyoko inn has night spot club but we never get to walk near it. It is safe as we were walking back hotel every night ard 10.30-11pm. There is a police post right in front of this hotel.
We were return to this location should we visit Disneyland again.
