This is a typical Japanese barebones sleeping establishment. It’s a comfortable and warm bed for the night. The night I stayed it was quiet most of the night and the only noise was people walking back and forth to the toilets and showers. I was in a hotel in central Tokyo but had a 7.30am flight and the taxis are 28,000 yen from my location as opposed to a train and then 6,000 yen for a bed. Easier than running out the door early in the morning in central Tokyo trying to figure out how to get to Narita. It’s a hard place to find once you are at the airport. No issues. A bed. A shower and gone.

I used it before boarding international flights. There are some parts of the route that are a little confusing. I didn't wait for the shower to come in. Payment by QR code is also possible. The building was clean and we were able to store a large suitcase in our lockers. It would have been better if we had cotton swabs and other amenities.

It's an ok hotel but might not be suitable for everyone. The capsules are comfy but not as quiet as you expect. You can still hear people texting, moving around or breathing heavily. Location is not easy to access and reception staff are not friendly enough. I asked the reception to assist and charge my phone but they advised me to buy an adaptor from outside even though it was past midnight and I was standing in front of them in my pyjamas. Overall I do not recommend this place if you're a light sleeper, claustrophobic, or having few luggages in hand, as you might need a good walk to locate this place in Narita airport.
