(+) The hotel room on the 12th floor was very clean except for dust on the closet! The location is not central, but you are very close to Kinshicho station. I had a smoking room and it hardly smelled of smoke, which I liked. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and provided me, for example, an umbrella and power outlet adapters. Super! (-) The shower head is a bit inappropriate for taller people. The breakfast was unfortunately very bad, as there were hardly any cold things to eat, but rather hot meals. There were only two kinds of bread and jam. I would stay there, if I would have the choice!

value for money! good location! small rooms! helpful staff! It is a very strong 4"! even so I could't check in earlier and had to wait till the official time. other then that it was a good experience and i will recommend it to travelers on a budget! cheers!

Hotel rooms are smal, as space is a premium in Tokyo, However they were clean, comfortable and have everything you need. Best thing about this hotel is the location, it is only a couple of minutes from both the train station and metro. It is also close to Skytree and the Edo museum which are two places worth visiting. There are shops, supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants near by, also some parks and a river within walking distance to explore. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel has air conditioning which was a bonus in hot huid August. Would stay there again.
