Moulded air-conditioner blasted out moulded air. You need air-conditioner all the time in Tokyo in July, so it was a nightmare. Asked for changing the room which was refused, but cleaned the filter which mitigated the situation little. Bed bugs infested bed. I found itchiness everywhere on my body, and asked for cleaning. This place is full of protocols and weird rules; I was told off for leaving pillow-tips. Everything here is neatly organised with procedures and time-schedules, so guests must follow them. Cleaning was well organised, but not thorough.

This was you stock standard, cookie cutter budget Japanese business hotel. Efficient service, tiny but comfortable room, no frills breakfast. A place to shower and sleep. A 10 minute walk to the rail station and 2 minute walk to the subway.

Clean, budget-friendly hotel. Hotel staff were accommodating and know a little English. Near the Akabane train station, about 5 minutes walk. There are many local restaurants and convenient stores within the hotel vicinity. Room includes heating pot, ironing board, desk, slippers, bath & hand towels, toothbrush, tissue, shampoo, rinse and soap all in separate dispenser. It has T&B , with bath tub. The toilet bowl has built-in bidet, very typical of Japanese toilet. Hosekeeping is done daily if requested during check-in. The hotel allows baggages to be deposited at the front desk . prior to check-in time which is 16:00. There is also a japanese breakfast included in the room rates.
