It was nice to be close to the station. The reception was the worst.　When I received the key, I was forced to move it to where I was putting it. Also, when I asked for a taxi, I said or did something that made the client feel uneasy: "Will you come now?" which was the worst thing I could do as a hotel worker. The thing I would like to improve is the front desk work, but I think it is essential to improve because there have been many situations where there is insufficient explanation due to the small number of people at the restaurant and goods are gone, but they do not respond. Unfortunately, I'm wondering if there's another use.

Only few minutes walk from JR station and convenient to take street car, too. Building itself looks old but room was clean and comfortable enough for business hotel. Staff are kind and helpful, especially restaurant staff, a staff at breakfast kindly suggested recommend local dishes, so that I could take my time end enjoy till the service finished at 10am. It's worthwhile staying for the variety of breakfast.

We stayed here for two nights in October. Really liked the staff who were attentive and hard working and the value was good. However, the hotel is old and in need of a makeover. My room felt clean and comfortable but in need of an update. Location wise this place is great for tourists getting off the train - three minute walk and you can hop onto a tram to get to the downtown area very easily. But, as mentioned, the hotel needs an update. Yesterday.
